The Xavier Institute, established by Charles Xavier, is a mansion that has been converted into a school for mutant children. It is located on a large swath of private property on the edge of town. The grounds are bordered on two sides by forest. The school is backed by a high cliff face with a dramatic ocean view, and a thin stretch of private beach.

| Bayville General
One of New York State's more high-end hospitals, thanks to funding from 'anonymous' local donors, Bayville Gen. is able to deal with nearly any human illness. There used to be a private wing donated by Charles Xavier to specify on mutant maladies, but since the hospital gained a new head, Dr. James Manette - a notorious anti-mutant figurehead - that wing has been closed off, and mutants are no longer accepted into the hospital. They are instead redirected to the hospital in NYC, which does accept mutant patients.

What people do know is that Serge's is the best place to unwind. Check your badges at the door, cause everyone is equal here and territorial BS just doesn't cut it. Although Bayville is a relatively modern city, there are still those who enjoy hiking and biking in the backwoods. Bayville has a large swath of forest just for this. Don't feed the wildlife.

| Young's Guns
Separated from its neighboring buildings by good sized alleys all around is a three story brick building placed into the middle of Bayville downtown almost innocuously. A large yellow sign painted onto the plate glass windows tell what the place is, though you could see everything through them. From the basement up contains a firing range, the actual gun shop, and then a large occupied apartment. The basement houses both a regular range and then a private reinforced range for certain items. The gun store is decorated mostly in wood with a display counter in the shape of a “U” preventing public access to the back storage area and the racks of weaponry, though not to the stairs to the firing range or the locked door to the apartment. Several racks of surplus military equipment dot the center of the floor, though not high enough to obscure the view of the security cameras. The apartment, though, is owned and occupied by Henry Young and few will see it without his permission. ((OOC: Due to no NPC clerks, please run all threads by Henry Young.))

| The Mutant World Fighting Championship Arena (1 sub-board)
This particular arena is located in Bayville, New York—just outside of Centre Island Town Park. This water-side arena can seat 9,300 people and hosts three levels. The first level is the main floor of the arena. The second floor holds 5 different restaurants and bars, and a MWFC merchandise shop. On the third floor is divided into a ballroom/banquet hall for big company events and a VIP nightclub. There is a basement where the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms and a medical bay are stored.

| NYC Hospital
NYC's hospital is the closest major hospital near Bayville that accepts mutant patients. It is headed by a vastly neutral party, whose main interest - thankfully - is treating the ill and injured and staying financially afloat in the process. Until Bayville General policy changes, most mutants come here for their treatment. Any humans with superiority complexes either shell out more money to have private facilities, or go to Bayville General to be rid of those pesky mutants.

This is the new HQ for the X-Men that left Xavier's in wake of the rift. The Estate is located just a few blocks from Times Square. There are a couple of rooms for each teammate, a state of the art work out center, and the lower levels houses all their gear and goodies.
